Configuring Drag From events

To configure events in the Drag From Events property, use this procedure:

  1. With a form open in the designer (Web Designer in the web client, Design Mode in the Windows client), select the component from which you want to enable dragging.
  2. In the Component properties sheet for that component, select the Events tab.
  3. Select the Drag From Events property and click the ellipsis (•••) button to its right.
  4. Use the Edit Drag-From Events dialog box to assign one or more events to the Drag From Events property.
Note: For the drag-and-drop operation to work, you must have a corresponding Drop On Event with the same event configured.
