The Responsive Form Builder is a set of wizards that you
can use to create simple forms in Runtime Mode, without having to use the Web Designer (web
client) or go into Design Mode (Windows client). "Non-data" forms are one such type of form.
Although Responsive Form
Builder provides a number of templates and layouts from which to choose, a
"Non-data" form creates only the framework for a form. Beyond that, the form is totally blank,
and you must essentially design and build the form "from scratch".
