Implementing a combined toolbar

In the web client, you can consolidate most application functions and options into a single-level combined toolbar.
Note: This option is available only in the web client.
  1. From the View menu, select User Preferences.
  2. In the User Preferences dialog box, select the Layout tab.
  3. From the Toolbar Type drop-down list, select Combined.
  4. Click OK.
To see the change, you must sign out of the web client and then sign back in. The combined toolbar now displays as described in the topic "The combined toolbar".
Note: 
  • The Default toolbar type, is based on the Combined Toolbar User Preference process default setting if that has been set. Otherwise, it is the same as the Standard option.
  • If you select the Standard toolbar type option, options are displayed as a typical two-tiered menu bar and toolbar, with a separate Form menu.
