New features and enhancements

Update to the import metadata utility

We added the Convert to local Access As checkbox to these utility and forms:
  • App Metdata Transport utility
  • App Metadata Transport form
  • Deployment form
  • IDO Import Wizard form
You can select this checkbox to convert the Access As identifier of the imported components to be the Access As value of the target environment.

Support for storing configuration files in Azure Blob Storage

If your Mongoose application is running in Azure Cloud, you can now use the Azure Blob storage, to store Mongoose configuration files. During the deployment process, Infor Cloud Ops is responsible for setting up the default credentials, managed identities, and storage container in Azure.

New file server type

In the File Servers form, you can now select the Azure Blob server type to use the Azure Blob Storage as a file server that you can use as a report server.

Restrict IDO Extension Class from calling SMTP Methods

To prevent Mongoose from sending outbound emails, we prevented IDO extension class assemblies from running SMTP codes and you can now use the ValidateFromEmailDomain setting to enable the From email domain validation at a configuration level.
