Creating a page watermark in a report form

  1. With a Report type form open in Web Designer or Design Mode, select the Form property sheet.
  2. Click the Form tab.
  3. In the hierarchical tree on the property sheet, click the Background Image node and specify this information:
    Image
Specify the name of the image. Alternatively, select the name of a previously imported image from the list.

Optionally, to select an image from a different folder, click the ellipsis (...) button.

Note: We recommend that you import your graphics files and then select them from the drop-down list. If you browse other folders, Mongoose then specifies a path as well as a file name, and that same path must be valid on each Windows client.
    Center
To align the image at the center, select True.
Note: If you use an oversized image and Center is set to True, then the image is cut off on the edges of the page.

If Center is set to False, then the image is stretched to fill the form. If you use an oversized image and Center is set to False, then the image is scaled to fit on the page.

    Disable On Pane 0
Leave this field to its default value, which is False.
    Disable On Pane 1
To display the image watermark on the supported output formats, select False.

To hide the image watermark, select True.

  4. Click the Save button.
Note: Watermark images are rendered "as is," behind the contents of form reports.

The image watermark is displayed only on PDF, Printer, and Cloud Printer output formats of the report form.
