To Be Determined property

Use the To Be Determined property to specify whether the value of a component is to be determined automatically if it is not supplied by the user for new objects.

Setting	Description
True	For new objects, a component's value is determined automatically if it is not supplied by the user.
False	Default. For new objects, a component's value is not determined automatically.

By default, Windows client uses a distinct background color for components whose value is to be determined automatically.
