Print Preview Window
This display-only window lets you see what the output will look like when printed. This allows you to make sure that all your print options are set correctly.
In this window, you can perform these tasks:
- Zoom in or out to change the magnification.
- View multiple pages.
- Navigate forward or backward through the displayed output pages.
- Go ahead and print the record or collection.
This table lists the elements of this dialog box and explains their use.
| Icon | Function/Comments |

| Printer | Opens the Print Options dialog box, from which you can send the output to a printer. |
| Zoom | Use the down arrow to drop down and select from a list of zoom values.
Clicking the magnifying glass button is the same as selecting the Auto option from the drop-down list. |
| Single page | Displays a single page at a time. |
| Two - Six pages | Displays up to six pages at a time. |
| Page number | Allows you to select the next or previous page or set of pages for preview.
To select the next page or set of pages, click the up arrow. To select the previous page or set of pages, click the down arrow. |
To display this window, select and select the options you want. Click , the system displays in the Print Preview window the output as it would appear in the printed output.
