Generate Application Schema Metadata Scripts
Use the Generate Application Schema Metadata Scripts form to store application schema metadata for a specified range of table names and modules in one or more of these SQL scripts:
- AppModule.sql contains information defined in the Application Schema Modules Metadata form.
- AppColumn.sql contains information defined in the Application Schema Tables Metadata form.
- AppTable.sql contains information defined in the Application Schema Columns Metadata form.
Use the range fields to restrict the information contained in the scripts. For example, if your custom tables all start with mmm_ or all your custom tables are in a module called "OurModule" you can ensure that only metadata for those tables is included in the scripts.
Specify the path/file for each of the script files you want to create. If the files already exist, they must be writable.
