Send External Prompts

To allow an event action prompt to send an email to this user through the associated external email address, select this option.

The user can then click a link in the email to respond to the Prompt event message, instead of responding through the Inbox form.

Note: If you do not provide a Prompt action address, the selected user cannot receive Prompt emails to an external address.
