Setting the Site Coordinator Configuration from a command line

The Site Coordinator Configuration is used to coordinate servers in a server farm. You can use ConfigManager.exe from a Command Line Interface (CLI) to specify this setting.
Note: This operation, performed from a CLI, is intended primarily for system administrators working with customers in a cloud environment. Customers working in an on-premises installation environment can use the Configuration Manager utility to accomplish the same ends.

Syntax

This is the command line syntax to set the Site Coordinator Configuration:

ConfigManager.exe -U:scc -mode:action -config:configurationName

where:

  • action is either add, edit, or delete.
  • configurationName is the name of the configuration used as the Site Coordinator Configuration by the TMS (Tenant Management Service).
