Deactivating an app in the App Hub

If, for whatever reason, you no longer want an activated app in the App Hub to be available to users, you can deactivate it. Deactivating an app does not delete an app from the App Hub, it simply makes it unavailable for use.

  1. In the App Hub, expand the Menu.
  2. Select the Administration option.
    Note: You can select this option only if you have administrative privileges in the App Hub.
  3. In the App Administration panel, select your App Builder project.
  4. On the project panel for your app, click Deactivate.
  5. Return to the App Hub and verify that your app no longer appears in the list of available apps.
