Duplicating an App Builder project

There might be times when you want to use one App Builder project as the basis of another project. If this is the case, you can duplicate the original project and then use the duplicate for your new project.

To duplicate an App Builder project, use this procedure:

  1. On the Projects dashboard, locate the project you want to duplicate.
  2. With the cursor hovering over the project panel, locate and click the Duplicate icon.
    This opens the Duplicate Project dialog box, with the project name and an appending numeral automatically populating the Name field. You can rename the file as desired.
  3. Click Duplicate.
App Builder creates an exact duplicate of the original project with the new name.
