New features and enhancements

Ability to drag and drop collection properties as components on forms in the Web Designer

In the Web designer, you can now drag and drop collection properties as components on forms. When you drag and drop a collection property into a form, based on its property type, a field and a label are added on the form. A corresponding grid column is also added on the principal grid of the form. When you drop a collection property in a grid, a new column is added on that grid.

Improvements to the swagger collection and REST API Wizard

We updated the REST API Wizard and added new APIs to improve the overall presentation and user experience for the strongly typed APIs.

The generated APIs are shown to the users and applications through ION API. With this enhancement, Infor products can have easier access to IDO data.

New mechanism for collecting, aggregating, and posting statistical data from Mongoose suite to Monocle API

We added a mechanism that collects statistical data from the Mongoose suite of applications, aggregates the data, and posts it to a Monocle API. The data is aggregated in a fashion that aids Monocle/Grafana users in creating intuitive dashboards for monitoring performance and alerting on KPIs.

New settings to hide the Help option in context menus and to globally disable the right-click action

We added the Right-Click Context Menu to the list of process defaults. You can use this new process default parameter to hide the Help option in context menus. You can also new use this parameter to globally disable the right-click action, therefore, disabling all context menus.

Alternatively, in the Web Designer , or in Design Mode (Windows client), you can specify the NOHELP() keyword as a Format attribute, to hide the Help option in the context menus of your chosen components.

These settings apply only when you open the form in runtime mode.

New Runtime Builder wizard

You can now use the new DataView Builder to create DataViews and associated criteria forms.
