Monitoring Diagnostics and Trace data in the MTC

Note: This topic and this procedure apply only to customers operating in a Multi-Tenant Cloud (MTC) environment. System behavior is different for other environments.

By default Diagnostics data is not collected by the Infor Framework Log Monitor Service. It is also not displayed at all in the Log Monitor form. To collect and view Diagnostics data and Trace data, use the Diagnostics and Trace options in your Mongoose-based application.

  1. In the User Preferences dialog box, select the Diagnostics tab.
  2. On the Diagnostics tab, select the types of Diagnostics data that you want to monitor.
  3. From the View menu, select Diagnostic Log or Diagnostic Trace.
    The Diagnostics window or Trace Viewer window opens.
