Commit Form Changes

To save the changes you have made to the form information using the UET forms, select this check box.

If UET definitions were replicated from another site, clear this check box.

Note:

If you change the form information and select the Commit Form Changes check box, but not the Impact Schema check box, when you click Process, the information you have set up is saved but the schema is not changed.
If you select the Impact Schema check box but not the Commit Form Changes check box, and you have not committed the changes previously, nothing happens when you click Process.
