Report Options

This form is used in two different contexts. What you can see and do in this form depends on how you accessed it:

  • To create a report output profile, access this form from the Explorer list or from the Select Form dialog box, as with any other form.
  • To select a printer other than your default printer when printing a report, you can access this form using the Select Printer button on the tool bar. When you access this form with the Select Printer button, you can only select a printer from the list of available printers.

When you access this form with the Select Printer button, you cannot perform these tasks:

  • Change user assignments. You can only view those report output profiles that are available to you.
  • Create new report output profiles that others can use. The Users field is locked, so you can create new profiles only for your own use.
  • Create new printer definitions. To add printers to the system, you must use the Printers form.
