Adding a column to a Datagrid

By default, App Builder creates three columns in a newly placed Datagrid component. You can add more columns as need requires.

To add a column to a Datagrid component, use this procedure:

  1. In the workspace, select the Datagrid component.
  2. In the Properties panel, select the Content tab.
  3. Under the Columns option, click Show More.
  4. Click the Add Column icon.
    App Builder opens the Add Datagrid Column dialog box. The use of this dialog box is identical to the Edit Datagrid Column dialog box.

  5. When you are done defining the column, click Save.
App Builder adds the new column as the last column in the grid.
