Importing a composite component into the Repository

To make composite components readily available to App Builder projects, you can import it into the Repository. From there, you can import it into any project.

To import a composite component into the Repository, use this procedure:

  1. With App Builder open, select Repository from the More (•••) menu.
    You can access this toolbar menu either from the Projects dashboard or from within an open App Builder application.
  2. In the App Builder Repository, select the Composite Components tab.
  3. Click Import from File.
  4. In the Import Composite Components dialog box, click the folder icon.
  5. In the Open dialog box, navigate to and "open" the *.iac file that has the composite component to import.
  6. In the Import Composite Components dialog box, click Import.
App Builder imports the composite component and adds it to the list of composite components available in the Repository.
