Parts Return Requests

The Parts Return Requests menu displays a list of parts return requests initiated by the current user for their assigned van warehouse.

By default, the Parts Return Requests list is not visible in the Navigation menu.

To add the Parts Return Requests in the list, see Infor Mobility for Field Service User and Administration Library (Cloud) and select Administrator > MFS configuration > Start menu configuration > Adding Parts Return Requests in the navigation menu.

This tab displays information about the parts return request, such as the Planned Distribution Order number, from and to warehouse, item number, planned date and time, and other information.

Filter options

Use this option to filter the Parts Return display by time period.

These are the available filters:
  • This week
  • Next 15 days
  • Next 30 days

Use to search an Parts return request record that matches the value specified.

Refresh option

Use to retrieve new or updated record of user parts return request.
