Setting permission for the facility to be blank when creating WO or WR

Ensure that component installed is added in integration metadata.

To update integration metadata, see Updating integration metadata for installed component.

  1. Using the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select System configuration > Dialog design.
  2. Copy or update the ServiceAssignment (Tablet) dialog.
  3. Select Create Work Order or Create Work Request group.
  4. From the ServiceOrderHead table, add the FacilityID below the ServiceAssignment.Description.
  5. From the Service table, add the ComponentInstalled at the bottom.
  6. Proceed to Dialog tab.
  7. Click Yes to save the data.
