Setting user defined data to allow facility to be blank when creating WO or WR

  1. Using the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select System configuration > Dialog design.
  2. Select a dialog and go to the Dialog layout tab.
  3. Under Groups, click Create Work Order or Create Work Request.
  4. On the Dialog Layout, replace the user defined data for each of these items:
    ServiceOrderHead.FacilityID 
    MFS@DisplayList={"Col":["Facility.Facility"],"Tbl":["Facility"]}
    ServiceAssignment.EquipmentID

  5. Proceed to Dialog tab.
  6. Click Yes to save the data.
