Setting triggers to display position and equipment-based work orders in the agenda list

  1. Using the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, select System configuration > Dialog design.
  2. Select a dialog and go to the Dialog layout tab.
  3. On the Dialog tab, select ServiceAssignment.
  4. Add ServiceAssignmentPosition.ConfigurationStructureID to the Details tab. Ensure to include this in the dialog to enable its use as a condition in the Triggers tab.
  5. Click Triggers tab.
  6. Add a new trigger and specify this information:
    Trigger onload
    Operator OR
    Condition

    ServiceOrderHead.OrderNumber | isnotnull
    Setter column | ServiceAssignmentPosition.ConfigurationStructureID | hide | hide
  7. Search for this existing trigger:
    Trigger onload
    Operator OR
    Condition

    ServiceAssignmentElement.Status | equal | 0

    ServiceAssignmentElement.Status | isnull

    ServiceAssignmentElement.Status | equal | 210
    Setter group | Misc Costs | hide | show
  8. In the Condition section, click New.
  9. Specify this information:
    Column
    Specify ServiceAssignmentPosition.ConfigurationStructureID.
    Operator
    Select is not null.
  10. Search for this existing trigger:
    Trigger onload
    Operator OR
    Condition

    ServiceAssignmentElement.Status | equal | 0

    ServiceAssignmentElement.Status | isnull

  11. In the Condition section, click New.
  12. Specify this information:

  13. Add a new trigger and specify this information:

  14. In the Condition section, click New.
  15. Specify this information:

  16. In the Setter section, click New.
  17. Specify this information:

    Specify As-built Information.

  18. Add another Setter section and specify this information:

    Specify MCO Information.

    Select hide.
