Prerequisite settings in M3 Business Engine
In M3 Business Engine (M3BE), reason codes are defined and maintained in IMS020 – Issue Management Reason Code. Open. Each reason code must have two mandatory default values configured in IMS025 – Issue Reason Code. Set Default Value.
The fields are CMF1 and CMF2. Below is its definition:
