Monitoring Mobility Core transactions

  1. Using the Tenant Toolbox, select Transactions Monitoring .
  2. Click the Filter list and select a filter.

    These are the available filter options:

    • Failed transactions by type
    • Number of received work orders
    • Percent of failed transactions by total transactions
    • Percent of total failed transactions
    • Performed transactions by status
    • Performed transactions by type
    • Number of reported work orders
    • Users added to specific running roles
  3. Specify the start date of the data that will be retrieved in From date.
  4. Specify the end date of the date that will be retrieved in To date.
    Note: Transaction logs are retained only for 90 days. The Run button is disabled if a date beyond 91 days is selected.
  5. Click Run.

    The system displays 100 results per page immediately after running filter. Use the pagination controls such as, Next, Previous, or the page selector, to navigate through the other result pages.

    The system displays the filter result. To export the filter list result, click the ellipsis button and click Export to Excel.
