You can submit multiple customer signatures for the operation as long as the mobility status is started and not yet finished. See the reporting process for technicians when configuring the Field Service settings in Infor Mobility for Field Service Administration Guide.
- Open an operation.
- Tap or click .
- Specify this information:

Authorized customer representative

Specify the name of the customer representative who can acknowledge the work performed.

Comments

The customer representative can provide their comments about the quality of work or any other notes.

Signature

Customer representative to sign.
- Tap or click Submit to submit the signature. To cancel, tap or click Cancel.
Note: The information is saved in the document repository (IDM) against an operation.
