Unsubmitted transactions

The Unsubmitted transactions table displays the user transactions that the app is yet to send out to M3 Mobility Core. With this feature, the user can process, update, or delete unsubmitted transactions for their operations.

This table explains the information shown in the Unsubmitted transactions table:
Column name Description
Create Date This column shows the date when the transaction is created.
Work Order Operation This column shows the Work Order number Operation, and the Operation element number of the WO transactions.
Transaction Type This column shows the type of transaction being processed.
Status This column shows the current state of the transaction.
There are the available statuses:
  • Queued: The status when unsubmitted transactions are updated and deleted prior to uploading.
  • In progress: The status when unsubmitted transactions are already lined up for processing.
  • For resending: The status when unsubmitted transactions encounters errors during upload and needs to be resubmitted.
Actions With this column, the user can process specific transactions by clicking the Upload icon.
This table shows the available menu options:
Menu or Item Description
Filter options (Funnel button) You can use this option to filter the display of transactions on the list.
These are the available filters:
  • Order Number
  • Status
  • Date
Refresh Use this option to update the transaction list with new or updated transactions.
Processed transactions Use this option to view the transactions processed in M3 Mobility Core.

This option is only available when you are in Cached transaction screen.

Upload all Use this option to upload all unsubmitted transactions to be processed in M3 Mobility Core
Resend transactions Use this option to resubmit failed transactions. This option is only available when you are in Unsubmitted transaction screen.
