Defining settings for Output Service Selection with user in the list

  1. Using M3, open MNS204.
  2. Right-click user from the list and select Related Options > Media selection.
  3. In MNS205, specify this information:
    User
    Specify the user name.
    Media
    Specify *MAIL.
  4. Click the Create icon.
  5. In the Email Settings (Media Category 4) section, specify this information:
    To email
    Select 1-Display and specify the email address of the recipient email address.
    From email
    Select 1-Display and specify the email address of the sender.
    Subject
    Select 1-Display and specify the subject of the email.
  6. Click Next.
