Processing cached transactions

When the user taps refresh from the agenda list, all cached transactions across ServiceAssignment and its related entities are sent to Mobility Core for processing.

When the user taps refresh within the assignment details, only the cached transactions related to the selected Work Order Operation are sent to Mobility Core.

  1. Select System Configuration > Navigation > Start menu.
  2. Select Tablet, My Appointment, Work order Operations List.
  3. From the Start menu items, click New menu item icon.
  4. Specify this information:
    Type
    Select Filter.
    Name
    Specify My Issues.
    Description
    Specify My Issues.
    Icon
    Select an icon from the list of available icons.
    Filter
    Select (MFS-MAI) Work Order Operations - Multiple App Instances.
  5. Click Save.
