Configuring equipment base data

  1. Select Base Data Maintenance > Base Data Settings.
  2. Set any of these available options for equipment base data:
    Include Equipment records with Status 10
    Select this option to include all equipment records with Status 10 in base data loading.
    Include Equipment records with no set owners (Customers)
    Select this option to include all equipment records with no set owners in base data loading.
    Include Equipment from all facilities
    Select this option to include all equipment records from all facilities in base data loading.
  3. Click Save.
