Configuring Security roles in Infor OS Portal

For users to access MFS app, you need to map M3MobilityCore-User role in MobilityCore Role mappings.

The M3MobilityCore-User role is not available in Security, see Infor OS User and Administration Library (Cloud) and select Administrator > OS Portal > Managing user permissions and security > Configure > Security Roles to create the said role.

  1. Log in to Infor OS Portal.
  2. From the User menu, select Admin Settings.
  3. In the Manage Applications section, double-click the MFS icon to which you can grant access to.
  4. Select Permissions tab and click Add New Users or Security Roles.
  5. In the Add New Users or Security Role window, select the roles needed for MFS.
  6. For MFS users to transact both MFS and IDM, select these roles and click Save.

  7. Click Save.
