Signing off work by customers

  1. Open an operation.
  2. Tap or click Action Menu > Getting customer approval.
  3. Specify this information:
    Authorized customer representative
    Specify the name of the customer representative who can acknowledge the work performed.
    Comments
    The customer representative can provide their comments about the quality of work or any other notes.
    Signature
    Customer representative to sign.
  4. Tap or click Submit to submit the signature. To cancel, tap or click Cancel.
    Note: The information is saved in the document repository (IDM) against an operation.
