Viewing the dispatched operations

By default, you as the Field Service Technician are provided with a list of operations with accepted mobility status for the current date. The operations are sorted against the Planned Start Date and Time. This provides you information about what are performed for that day.

By default, operations have a mobility status of Accepted.

You can configure your views according to your preference when working with a dispatched list of operations.

Note: To display a dispatched work order, the work order must have an MCO with Address Type 2.

For example, you can use the date picker provided in the Appointment List to change the view and display the corresponding operations on a particular date.

Note: Only operations with assigned customers are dispatched.
