Reporting inspection tasks through line details screen

Note: Inspection task reporting is required to be filled up prior to any transactions such as time reporting, work completion, and others.
  1. Open an operation.
  2. On the Inspection Tasks tab, select an inspection task to report.
  3. On the line details screen, tap or click Edit.
  4. Specify this information:
    Reported Value
    Specify the inspection task value.

    You can specify the Reported Value manually or select from the list of predefined values.

    Reporting date
    Specify the date and time the inspection task was performed.
    Specify a short description about the reported value.
  5. To save the record, tap or click SAVE. If you opt to discontinue the transaction, click CANCEL.
