Reloading base data

  1. Launch the Mobility for Field Service application on your device.
  2. In the sign in screen, tap or click Connection Settings.
  3. In the Connection Settings dialog box, select the Reload base data.
    Note: The Reload base data check box is not available when you run the application for the first time.
  4. Tap or click OK.
  5. In the sign in screen, specify your domain\user name and password.
  6. Tap or click SIGN IN.
    Note: The base data is cleared and reloaded.
