Mappings for captured images to be sent to IDM

When a technician captures an image through the Capture Image option in the WO Operation detail screen, the image file is saved in the client temporarily but is sent to IDM for storage. This option enables the technician to capture photos of before and after condition of repaired items or equipment, photos of the environmental surrounding, location or placement of the equipment or asset purposely for evidence or documentation process.
