Customer's signing off work
- Open an operation.
 - Tap or click Action Menu > Customer Sign Off.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Authorized customer representative
 - Specify the name of the customer representative who can acknowledge the work performed.
 
- Comments
 - The customer representative can provide their comments about the quality of work or any other notes.
 - Signature
 - Customer representative to sign.
 
 - 
        Tap or click Submit to submit the signature. To cancel, tap or
          click Cancel.
        The information is saved in the document repository (IDM) against an operation.
