Left panel navigation
The information displayed in the left panel navigation is controlled by the operation filter list defined in the Mobility Core Toolbox. The application groups the columns defined in these group header values:
- Work order information
summary
Work Order Number and Operation Number
- Customer information
summary
Customer Number
- Contact information summary
Contact Person
- Equipment information
summary
Item Number and Serial Number
Note: Removing these group header values from the filter or in the display ungroups the columns and becomes a static display.

Status |
The status of the operation. Status options are dependent on the parameters defined in Field Service Settings of the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox. |

Work order information summary |
The work order and operation number together with service and address details. |
By default, the corresponding set of Service Assignment dialogs are displayed. You can tap or click this area if the current display is another set of dialogs. |
Customer Information Summary |
The summary of the customer. A map icon is provided as an option to plot the address in an available map app in the device. |
Tap or click on this area to see additional information associated with a contact. The corresponding set of account dialogs is also displayed. |
Contact information |
Displays the contact information of the customer. These options are available:

Equipment information summary |
