Clearing the cached data

  1. Launch the Mobility for Field Service application on your device.
  2. In the sign in screen, tap or click Connection Settings.
  3. In the Connection Settings dialog box, select the Clear cached user data check box.
    Note: The Clear cached user data check box is not available when you run the application for the first time.
  4. Tap or click OK.
  5. Specify the user name and password.
  6. Tap or click SIGN IN.
    The cached data is cleared but the base data is not reloaded.
