Operation card

A dispatched operation is displayed as an operation card stacked with other dispatched operation in the Appointment list. You can also set the mobility status through the operation card.

You can choose which information to display on the operation card by configuring the filter defined in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

This list shows unique operation cards that displays this information:

  • date to perform the operation
  • customer by whom the operation is performed
  • location where to perform the operation
  • task to perform
  • the equipment by which the service is performed
  • contact and contact details

If you tap or click an operation card, these additional information is displayed in the Operation details left panel navigation:

  • order header information
  • order and operation notes
  • materials to use
  • checklists and inspection tasks
  • additional service information
