Capturing a video

  1. Open an operation to display the Operation Details screen.
  2. Tap or click Action Menu > Record Video.

    The Camera app of the device starts to run.

  3. Tap or click the record button to start capturing a video.
  4. Tap or click the record button again to stop the video.
  5. Save the video.
  6. Optionally, you can click RETAKE to recapture another video.
  7. Optionally, you can provide information in the Comment field in the Record Video screen.
  8. Tap or click UPLOAD.
  9. Follow the instruction on the message that is displayed.
