Settings

The Settings menu, shown as a gear button, contains settings for Offline Date Range. You can download entities in the range of one week, two weeks, or one month.

Menu or Item	Description
Log retention period (Days(	Set the number of days the logs are retained in the app. The default configuration is 30 days. User can set the value from 1 to 30 days.
Include debug and trace logs	When this setting is enabled, developers are provided with information for debugging when enabled.
Download log button	When you click this button, a log file of the Mobile app is generated which contains the latest 1,500 log lines or an estimated 20 MB file size.
Clear log button	When you click this button, the contents of the log file are removed except for the app and device info, including the number of rows previously deleted.
