Mappings for technician signature to be sent to IDM

When the technician finishes off his work, the app will either require or provide an option to sign off the work order operation performed. The signature from the sign off dialog will be saved as an image in the IDM. It is also saved in the MFS ServiceAssignmentDocument table using the DAF ID generated when the image was saved.
