Mappings for images to be retrieved from IDM

5: Template
10: Inactive/pending
20: Active/definite
72: For revision
80: No longer valid

When the app successfully saves the image in the IDM it automatically retrieves the saved image from the IDM for display. Captured Images document type can also be used for images reported by the customer. So back office can also save images/ photos of assets or equipment that were supplied by the customer either provided through email or in any report document pertaining to the failure reported.

Define these fields in the IDM client (fields with asterisk are required) under MFS Document type:

MFS Status*	This field refers to the document status. These are the possible value: 5: Template 10: Inactive/pending 20: Active/definite 72: For revision 80: No longer valid
MFS Label*	Timestamp on when the image was captured. This field must be unique.
MFS Text	Comments entered in the app or from customer
