Mappings for service-related documents

Service-related documents are reference documents, forms, or additional information provided to the technician on how to execute a particular service relating to the maintenance, repair or inspection of equipment or assets. Examples are service task instructions, safety instructions, pre or post inspection checklists, lock out/tag out procedures, among others.

Define these fields in the IDM client (fields with asterisk are required) under MFS Document type:

  • 5: Template
  • 10: Inactive/pending
  • 20: Active/definite
