Setting the application type in Mobility Core Toolbox

Ensure that you select Field Service (Work orders) as the application type. You can select a combination of applications if you have both Infor Mobility for Field Service and another application installed.

1. Select System configuration > System settings > Additional settings.
2. Select the application type from any of these options:
   • Field service: You can only import maintenance-related data.
   • CLM + EQM + FieldService: You can only import basic, equipment, and maintenance-related data.
3. Click Save.
