Navigation menu
The Navigation Menu provides quick access to the common menus in Mobility for Field Service.
You can customize the Navigation menu using the Mobility Core Toolbox.
To configure the navigation menu, see the section on how to configure the system in Infor Mobility for Field Service Administration Guide.
This table shows the items that are displayed on the Navigation Menu:

Menu/item |
Description |

|
User Profile |
Displays an image if set in the Mobility Core Toolbox. Additional information such as email address linked to the user credentials is also displayed. |

Application Log |
Allows the user to download the application log from the sign-in page or from the User Profile. The application log is displayed as a text file in the file system of the device and can be sent out through email. |

Offline Mode |
Allows the user to manually trigger the offline mode while online. If set to offline mode, all offline transactions are queued and will only be reflected on the client database and sent to the ERP when you return online. Note: An offline notification banner is displayed at the bottom of
the screen.

My Appointments |
Opens the Appointment List screen. See Appointment list. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Material Receipt |
Opens the Material Receipt List screen. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Customers |
Opens the Customers List screen. See Customers list. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Equipment |
Opens the Equipment List screen. See Equipment list. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Van Inventory |
Opens the Van Inventory List screen. See Van Inventory list. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Opens the Transaction Viewer screen. See Transaction Viewer. Note: This menu option can be configured in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox.

Sign out |
Tap or click to sign out of the application. See Signing out. |

Data syncing status |
This shows the data status while syncing with the system. |
