You can continue to work on operations offline by downloading data within a
specified time frame to your mobile.
On the Appointment List
screen, select Action Menu > Select Operations for offline view.
To specify the time period of operations to download, tap the
Calendar icon and select a start and end date.
Operations within the time frame that you specified is available for offline
use.
Tap the Download icon.
Note:
Main filters like Customers, Material Receipt, Van
Inventory, and Equipment are not included during download. The list
and its details can only be viewed offline if stored in the cache
memory.
Adding of Material lines from Item and Main
warehouse is not possible offline.
All transactions can be made while working offline, but these offline
transactions are reflected on the database or sent to the ERP only
when you return online.
