Completing the work

Completing the work consists of the acknowledgment of the customer's representative on the work performed against an operation.

These activities are included when completing the work:

  • sending all status changes and service lines to M3
  • printing the invoice specification

    the invoice is an advance copy of billable items or charges that can be given to the customer's representatives or any authorized contacts

  • closing the operation
  • closing the work order
A prompt is displayed where there are events like:
  • failed time transactions
  • failed or pending as built transactions
  • pending time reports
  • pending material lines
