Printing the M3 service report document

You can print service error report anytime regardless of the mobility status when service report is already filed. Printing of service report prior to work complete should not raise the status of the service report. A dialog prompt is displayed before the operation is removed from the Appointments list. The dialog prompt triggers the print job for the service error report and it updates to status 30. You can opt to cancel the dialog prompt and service report is not updated to status 30.
