Transaction Viewer

The Transaction Viewer displays the list of transactions that comes from the app and transactions processed in Mobility Core. This feature allows the user to view processed transactions and failed transactions between Mobility Core and MFS app.

By default, the transaction viewer is not available in the navigation menu option.

To add the transaction viewer in the list, see the Adding Transaction Manager section in Infor Mobility for Field Service Administration Guide.
Note: Mobility Transaction Manager is only available for tablets and desktops.
This table explains the column and the information shown in the Transaction Viewer:

Column name

Description

Create Date

The Create Date column shows the date when the transaction is created.

Work Order Operation

The Work Order column shows the Work Order number Operation, and Operation element number of the Work Order transactions.

Transaction Type The Transaction Type column shows the type of transaction being processed.
Status The Status column shows the current state of a transaction.
The Status column shows these status:
  • Created: The status when transactions are processed.
  • Sent: The status when transactions are delivered from M3 Mobility Core to M3.
  • Completed: The status when transactions are completed correctly.
  • Failed: The status when transactions are not processed correctly.
  • Resent: The status when failed transactions are resubmitted.
  • Cancelled: The status when failed transactions are deleted.
  • Pending: The status when transactions are queued to be processed.
  • Corrected: The status when failed transactions are updated and then processed correctly.

Filter options (funnel button)

Use this option to filter the display of transactions on the list.

The default filters include:
  • Order Number
  • Status
  • Date

Refresh

Use this option to update the transaction list with new or updated transactions.

Cached transactions Use this option to view transactions that a client is yet to send out to Mobility Core.
Resend transactions Use this option to resubmit failed transactions. This option is only available when you are in Cached transaction screen.
Processed transactions Use this option to view transactions processed in Mobility Core. This option is only available when you are in Cached transaction screen.
